Refund Policy

Please get in touch with us if you need a refund for your payment, we will be pleased to help you.

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contract with us. If you cancel your order, you will have your payment returned. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if that's required.

Please note that the following information would be useful to us to ensure that we can process your request promptly

• Your Client Reference Number (starting SF...) and Client Name
• Your Booking Number as quoted on your Order confirmation email
• The Exhibitor, Hall and Stand for the booking
• Your Showbook quote reference
